Important notice for abstract submitters: In the beginning of May you will receive feedback about the outcome of your abstract:
If your abstract is selected, full payment of the fee is required before the 2nd of June 2015 in order to include your contribution(s) in the Scientific Program of the conference. Authors/presenters who have not registered or paid there outstanding fees will have their contributions removed from the programme.

Registration fees *

The registration fees for the 34th International Cosmic Ray Conference (ICRC) are as follows:

Regular participant
– Early (before 02/06/2015, 23.59 GMT)  € 550.-
– Regular (03/06/2015 – 15/07/2015)       € 675.-
– On site (16/07/2015 – 06/08/2015)        € 775.-

This fee covers

  • Admission to sessions
  • Conference documentation, except for the printed version of the Invited, Highlight and Rapporteur Papers. Costs for the printed version of these three different types of talks are € 20.-
  • Coffee and tea during session breaks
  • Admission to the welcome reception

Accompanying persons *

Please note that if you would like to bring (an) accompanying persons with you to the conference in order to attend the social programme, please be so kind to register the accompanying person(s). Please note that accompanying persons have no entrance to the scientific sessions!

Payment *

Registration fees are to be paid in Euro and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The online registration platform is a secured site. AMEX, VISA and MasterCard are the only credit cards accepted. The use of debit cards is not allowed.

Confirmation of registration *

After you have registered via the website, you will receive written confirmation by e-mail.  Please bring the proof of payment of your registration fee with you when you travel to the Hague.

Names changes *

Name changes will be accepted free of charge until 1st July 2015. After this date a name change fee of € 50 will apply. For each name change you must notify the Conference secretariat by e-mail to  In case of a name change, the participant agrees to take over all booked items of the originally registered participant.

Cancellations and refunds *

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellations of registration:
Non authors and Non presenters:
– before 2 June 2015, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 30%
– as of  3 June 2015, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Authors and presenters:
– before 2 June 2015, payment will be fully refunded.
– as of  3 June 2015, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Please note that terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, also if a visa is officially refused to the participant.

Refunds will be made after the conference.

Financial support *

It’s no longer possible to apply for a financial support. All applicants have been notified.

Visa applications *

All participants requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter during the online registration. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees.
A letter of invitation may only be used to help participants to raise travel funds or to obtain a travel visa. This letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. Please note that embassies will check with the conference organizers that participants are registered for the conference, for which an affirmative answer will only be granted if the participants have paid their registration fee in full. The organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
